There is a supplement charge for women in order to obtain muscle mass than do something?
Do not want to look like Chyna or something ever. I am 19 years old and very small frame (a runway model) and would gain more muscle mass mainly in the legs. I just get rid of those chicken legs, but I'm not sure that I exercise more
