Weightlifting and bodybuilding?
I want to gain muscle mass grave, and I train three times a week already, but I just much as I can get without steroids. What are the best accessories and the best ways to get a huge increase muscle. And if they are included cardio every time? And it is useless to me not because I entered the competition and it is July 2 SO I need help fast! Thank you
Drink gallons of whole milk per day. Eat eggs, lean ground beef (or other red meat) tuna, almonds, nuts, wholemeal bread, multigrain pasta, beans of all kinds, and lots of raw vegetables and fruit in balance. You should eat a meal every 2-3 hours and consume between 2000-4000 calories per day. Also, make sure you are getting no less than six hours of sleep per night.
