Bodybuilding Diet Questions?

Hi, I'm the type two diabetic. Trying to understand my diet, because I tried did not work. I would like some help with my dilemma. Here is my system now. My protien sources are beef, turkey, chicken, tuna and salmon. My Resources carbohydrates are usually in a family of fiber, broccoli, cauliflower, etc. My fats are generally good advice, fatty fish, peanuts, etc. I'm allergic Tree nuts (nuts in general, but will try an experiment. performed as peanuts, and not allergic to them.) and fungi. My ratio is 2:1:1 protien carbohydrates and fats. I try to eat 225 g of protein per day. I try not to eat high glycemic carbohydrates. What I'm missing? Serious inquiries only! All the other stupid answers will be presented to the trash. Honest

Frank, because of the low amount of carbohydrates taken I would try to stimulate the consumption of fat a little more for more calories each day. I do not know if you are able to eat oatmeal or sweet potatoes, baked potatoes and the like. If these foods you trouble, I would choose eat more red meat, which has more fat than chicken and turkey. You must create a surplus of calories in some way, and we can not eat both protein and broccoli than we have had enough. You may be able to throw a burger here and there without lifting% BF well, simply because your carbohydrate intake is very low. keep oily fish like salmon again, simply because the calories will be higher than the oily fish such as tilapia and no tuna. I hope this helps a little.
