What works better on a fitness routine? I exercise every day for about one hour 90 minutes.?

Hey guys, I have the upper part body one day and lower body the next day about a month. I wonder what is the best way for the construction of the body. I Do cardio because my jiu jitsu and it is beyond what can be done on a treadmill or elliptical. I usually work from 7 am to 8 hours or 8 and 30 to go to college, jiu jitsu than 30 every 6-8 days. I currently weigh 155 and I 5'8ish. I used reduced to 140 for my tournament (which I will soon), it is my ideal weight is the 140th What can I do to make huge muscles and look super-ripped? Calls for more exercise, everything I eat is protien packed lunch with low carbohydrates. Thank you

You also need to have some days off. Two on one leg, is the best time to work out. Your body needs time to recover and build lean muscle want. Otherwise, you can ruin the whole day after day, hard won proteins. Your muscles will be stronger, but not much more if you stretch out and relax.
